​BUILD ENDURANCE                               INCREASE CARDIO                             IMPROVE FLEXIBILITY    

​A typical session with Kim consists of:
  • 10 minutes of cardio warm up and plyometric stretching
  • 40 minutes of resistance training and cardio bursts
  • 10 minutes isometric and static stretching with Kim's help
​
Kim is a Certified Precision Nutrition Coach and will coach you to emplementing new habits that will help you live your healthies life.  The program runs for 12 weeks and is customized  to your needs and goals.
